Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - OTT and Streaming
We're looking for a Senior TA Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, and Content Technology functions. You'll be a genuine strategic partner to senior leadership - shaping hiring strategy, building pipelines before they're needed, and raising the bar on how we attract specialist talent in one of the most competitive hiring markets in media.
You'll report directly to the VP of People and sit within a small, high-functioning TA team that moves fast and takes ownership seriously.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and specialist roles across streaming product, platform engineering, ad tech, and content operations
- Partner with VPs and Directors to build workforce plans and get ahead of headcount before it's urgent
- Develop proactive talent pipelines in niche streaming disciplines - CDN, video encoding, OTT platform development, FAST/AVOD monetization, and live streaming infrastructure
- Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer close
- Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire - and act on what the data tells you
- Represent the company at industry events, streaming conferences, and relevant professional communities (NAB, Streaming Media, etc.)
- Mentor junior TA staff and serve as an internal resource on streaming talent market dynamics
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2–3 years inside an OTT, broadcast, streaming, or adjacent media/tech company
- Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as: streaming engineers, video platform architects, product managers (OTT/CTV), ad tech specialists, encoding/transcoding engineers, and content delivery leads
- Genuine understanding of the streaming ecosystem - you know the difference between SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and MVPD, and can speak credibly to candidates about the space
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders - not just execute their requests
- Comfortable pulling your own data, running pipeline reports, and using an ATS at a power-user level (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- You move with urgency but don't sacrifice candidate or hiring manager experience to hit a number
