They were initially challenged by the location of developers and experience with offshore teams. We were selected to partner with Peacock through a successful relationship supporting the likes of Sky, initially recruiting for developers and Quality Assurance Engineers to expand Peacock's Playback teams across the US And Europe.
We are one of three selected global services partners supporting the wider organisation. Following the creation of a valuable relationship, we were quickly tasked with scaling Peacock's teams to support the platform's international expansion and growth plans. Working closely with the hiring managers in each division, we were able to support Peacock by providing market intelligence on the candidate market, skillset requirements and budget expectations to help benchmark and improve Peacock's proposition for future hires.
