A fast-growing European streaming technology vendor is expanding into the UK and Ireland and is hiring its first commercial leader in the region.
The company builds next-generation, software-defined media processing and delivery platforms used by broadcasters, Pay-TV operators and OTT services. Following strong adoption across mainland Europe, the business is entering the UK during a major industry transition, as media companies replace legacy encoding, packaging and delivery infrastructure.

The Opportunity
UK broadcasters, Pay-TV providers and OTT platforms are modernising their video infrastructure to support:
· FAST and AVOD services
· Low-latency live streaming
· Multi-format and multi-device workflows
· Hybrid cloud and on-prem deployments
The company’s platform, covering transcoding, packaging and delivery, is designed specifically to address this replacement cycle.
The successful candidate will lead UK & Ireland commercial expansion, develop strategic relationships, and close high-value enterprise platform deals.

Responsibilities
· Own and execute the UK & Ireland go-to-market strategy
· Build and develop senior relationships with broadcasters, Pay-TV operators, telcos and OTT platforms
· Generate and close enterprise platform opportunities (£100k–£1M+ ARR)
· Develop pipeline through direct sales, partners, system integrators and ecosystem relationships
· Lead enterprise sales cycles including discovery, PoCs, technical validation and commercial negotiation
· Collaborate closely with product, engineering and leadership teams
· Act as the regional market expert and strategic voice for the UK

Candidate Profile
· 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in broadcast, Pay-TV, OTT or video technology
· Strong personal network across UK broadcasters, Pay-TV operators, telcos and OTT platforms
· Proven track record selling streaming platforms, video infrastructure, CDNs, encoding, packaging or related SaaS solutions
· Demonstrated ability to close high-value enterprise deals
· Technically credible and comfortable engaging senior technical stakeholders
· Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating as the first commercial hire in a new territory
