This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled frontend engineer to elevate award-winning Smart TV applications. As part of a highly effective team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across various TV platforms. Your contributions will directly impact how audiences engage with the streaming service, making high-quality cinema more accessible than ever.

We are looking for a self-motivated engineer with experience in video streaming and Smart TV development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Smart TV applications to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
• Improve playback performance utilizing tools like MUX.
• Iterate on the player stack to ensure seamless video streaming.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to an iterative and fast-paced development cycle.

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of React.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern web development frameworks.
• Experience developing for Smart TV platforms and their associated tooling.
• A proactive and ownership-driven approach to platform development.

Previous expereince in video playback is essential for this role.
