We’re hiring an AI & Data Engineer to help us build production-grade GenAI systems; from advanced RAG pipelines and multimodal LLMs to agentic workflows that scale in the real world. Responsibilities for this role:

• Design and scale RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
• Architect and optimize vector & graph databases for retrieval
• Build multimodal LLM systems and cross-modal indexing pipelines
• Fine-tune models (PEFT, reward modeling, continuous learning)
• Implement evaluation, observability, and feedback loops
• Optimize GenAI systems for quality, latency, and cost
• Safely integrate AI-generated outputs into production
• Rapidly prototype and bring GenAI ideas to life

Skills Required:

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, graph DBs
• Knowledge of test-time compute, RL for LLMs, inference optimization
• Hands-on with AI-assisted dev tools and agent-based workflows
• Familiar with standards like MCP (or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication
• Fluent in English. (French or German is a bonus)
