We’re hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join an innovative media tech team that’s redefining how streaming platforms are built and delivered. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to design and showcase modern, scalable OTT solutions that win hearts and deals.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be the technical powerhouse behind the pre-sales journey:

• Shape OTT solutions for customer demos, proposals, and deep-dive sessions
• Map customer needs into well-designed architectures and integration paths
• Deliver standout presentations, diagrams, and technical storytelling that click with both techies and execs
• Support PoCs to prove value and validate fit
• Provide insight to Product & Engineering to help shape the roadmap
• Clearly position the platform against competition with confidence and flair
• Build reusable pre-sales assets and best practices to level up the team

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with OTT Video Platform backend/control-plane tech (CMS, service layers, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and streaming workflows (DRM, UX, content processing, personalisation, analytics)
• A knack for turning technical jargon into clear business value
• Confident communication skills for customer workshops, demos, and Q&A
• A proactive, curious, collaborative mindset, you get things done and adapt fast
