We’re working with a technology company that delivers cutting-edge video streaming solutions to customers worldwide. As their team grows, they’re looking for an IT professional who thrives on variety; someone who’s as comfortable supporting colleagues day-to-day as they are rolling up their sleeves for global infrastructure projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the lifecycle of company laptops and ensuring smooth handovers during employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Providing hands-on support for local networks while collaborating closely with an international IT team.
• Delivering IT service management across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Taking ownership of endpoint protection and resolving security-related issues.
• Managing email gateways, troubleshooting mail flow, and improving system reliability.
• Identifying recurring service requests and recommending long-term fixes.
• Getting involved in wider IT projects with the global team, helping shape strategy and delivering improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of both MacOS and Windows (Linux familiarity a bonus).
• Experience managing mobile device management tools (JAMF experience a plus).
• Familiarity with password management systems (LastPass knowledge useful).
• Comfortable with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of networking and IT security (SOPHOS suite experience is an advantage).
• A proactive, positive team player who enjoys helping colleagues.
• Confident communicator with good written and spoken English.
