AI Architect - Enterprise Gen AI

Our client's Global Operations Engineering team builds and maintains the tooling that keeps one of the world’s largest video platforms running. They currently have a small GenAI dev team who are adept at building AI for themselves. However, they now need someone who can architect and deliver enterprise-scale solutions for their internal “customers” as well as mentor the team to become GenAI developers themselves.

Responsibilities

• Architect & lead the design of GenAI-driven internal platforms (chatbots, anomaly detection, agentic AI assistants).
• Spend 50% on hands-on system design & AWS Bedrock integration and 50% on mentoring/upskilling engineers.
• Establish enterprise patterns, governance, and security for internal AI tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on GenAI strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing & delivering AI/automation systems at enterprise scale.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM platforms.
• Strong back-end skills in Python and/or Golang (APIs, microservices).
• Ability to mentor & lead teams through new tech adoption.
• OTT or large-scale digital operations background is ideal (not mandatory).
