You'll be joining a technology-led streaming business responsible for delivering world-class viewing experiences across Smart TVs, mobile devices, web browsers, and connected devices.

What You'll Be Working On

• Leading engineers across Playback, UI, Backend, and Platform teams
• Driving delivery of OTT and Connected TV products
• Partnering with Product and Leadership teams on roadmap execution
• Establishing engineering standards and technical best practices
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent
• Removing blockers and enabling teams to perform at their best
• Balancing technical debt, innovation, and product delivery
• Helping shape the future of streaming experiences

• Strong technical background in modern product development
• Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for coaching and developing engineers
