We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales & Partnerships to spearhead commercial partner strategy across North America. In this leadership role, you'll drive revenue growth by building and expanding strategic partnerships in the Digital Signage & Enterprise Video space.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a sales-driven partnership strategy to accelerate market expansion.
• Build and manage business relationships
• Own and exceed revenue targets through channel sales and strategic alliances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute high-impact go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and position us as a market leader.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of sales leadership, partnerships, or channel development in Digital Signage, or Enterprise Video.
• A strong industry network and a proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
• Commercial savvy, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to structure profitable partner agreements.
• Deep understanding of the North American AV landscape and competitive trends.
• A high-energy, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
