We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and skilled Database Administrator with a passion for development! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love ensuring databases run smoothly, efficiently, and securely, this is the perfect role for you.

As a key player in this team, you’ll take ownership of maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the database infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the lead database developer, driving forward exciting projects that shape the backbone of our cutting-edge products. Your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and deep technical expertise will directly contribute to the stability, performance, and success of the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain database structures, procedures, reports, and analytics queries.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of our databases.
• Monitor database usage, response times, and optimize performance.
• Design and implement backup, archiving, and storage strategies.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to drive database improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in database administration & development.
• Strong expertise in MSSQL
• Detail-oriented, independent, and a strong team player.
• English & French speaking/writing ability
