Their technology powers thousands of television channels and sits at the heart of some of the most demanding broadcast environments in the industry.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll play a key role across both customer projects and operational support, helping broadcasters deploy, maintain and optimise critical playout and automation systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing root-cause analysis
  • Supporting customers through SLA-driven support activities
  • Working closely with software development teams to diagnose, replicate and validate fixes
  • Managing upgrades, rollbacks and software releases
  • Configuring and troubleshooting databases
  • Providing customer training and technical documentation
  • Supporting integration with third-party broadcast systems and workflows
  • Participating in an on-call support rota following training
