Are you a C++ Video Expert with deep knowledge of codecs, streaming standards, and cutting-edge video technologies? Do you thrive in low-level development, optimizing encoders, and shaping the future of video streaming? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Codec Expertise – Work at the core of video encoding, understanding codec standards, stream structures, and optimizing performance.
• Muxers & Encoders – Hands-on development and refinement of video encoding pipelines.
• Streaming Standards – Strong experience with MPEG-DASH & HLS for live and VOD streaming.
• DRM & Security – Implement and optimize DRM for secure content delivery within DASH & HLS.
• Innovating in Video Tech – Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to the future of video streaming.
• Developing & Optimizing Our Encoder – Heavy C++ development, with some Java exposure when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong C++ programming skills with a focus on video encoding.
• Deep understanding of codecs (e.g., H.264, H.265, AV1) and how they work.
• Experience working with muxers & encoders at a low level.
• Knowledge of MPEG-DASH & HLS, including stream formatting.
• Understanding of DRM and its role in video streaming.
• A curious mindset, keeping up with emerging video tech & standards.
• Some exposure to Java (nice to have).
