We are looking for a motivated BI Analyst to join a team focused on leveraging big data and analytics to drive impactful decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to turn data into actionable insights.

As part of a data and analytics team, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, creating visualizations, and sharing insights that influence strategy and operations. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure that data-driven decision-making becomes a core part of the organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights in an accessible way for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality and maintain platforms for data sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and provide actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Design frameworks to supply insights, validate deliverables, and quantify the impact of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the development of BI strategies and roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight) for building interactive dashboards and reports.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and managing complex queries.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud technologies such as Amazon Redshift, S3, and EMR.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into insights for diverse audiences.
