Senior Sales Manager – New Energy Solutions

Location: Europe

Level: Senior (7+ years energy-sector B2B sales)

Exciting new opportunity to build and scale commercial presence in the New Energy sector, selling HEMS, smart metering, energy data platforms, and custom software services to utilities, grid operators, and energy service providers across Europe and APAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full sales cycle and open new markets
• Win strategic utility and enterprise energy customers
• Build partnerships and long-term account plans
• Shape go-to-market strategy with product and engineering teams

Must have:

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the energy sector (utility companies, metering, DER, grid management, HEMS, EMS, IoT energy solutions).
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business with utilities, energy retailers, metering companies, DSOs/TSOs, energy service providers, and smart home ecosystem players.
• Strong network in energy/utility ecosystem
• Experience selling complex platforms or solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to Have:

• Smart grid, HEMS, DER, or energy analytics background
• Experience launching new products or markets
