We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who’s passionate about technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to become a recognised expert in one of the world’s most exciting industries.

Whether you’ve worked in the UK, Europe, or the US, we have opportunities across all markets, and the tools to help you scale your desk internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships within video tech

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across permanent or contract tech roles

• Developing your market presence and becoming a true industry specialist

• Sourcing high-calibre candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Attending events, panels, and media projects to grow your profile

• Collaborating with 5V Media to enhance your reach and personal brand

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience (tech experience ideal)

• Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by success

• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Organised, proactive, and adaptable

• A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-performance environment

• Bonus: experience recruiting in Tech
