Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Front-End TV Engineer with strong experience in React development and a proven track record of building applications in the OTT (Over-The-Top) media space. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing next-generation TV experiences for millions of users across Smart TVs, set-top boxes, and streaming devices.

As part of a cross-functional and remote-friendly team, you will collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver performant, visually engaging, and user-friendly applications tailored for TV platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end applications for Smart TVs and OTT platforms using React and related technologies
Optimize UI for performance, memory usage, and smooth rendering on TV hardware
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements
Troubleshoot, test, and debug TV apps across various screen sizes and devices

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of front-end development experience with React.js
Proven hands-on experience delivering OTT or Smart TV applications (e.g., Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku)
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TV-specific UI/UX constraints
Experience with TV remote navigation, app performance optimization, and asynchronous data handling
Familiarity with media streaming standards (HLS, MPEG-DASH) and DRM
