Job Title: Lightning Developers (3x Contract Roles – Senior & Mid-Level)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Duration: 6 months (with likely extension)

The Role

We are hiring 3 Lightning Developers (1 Senior, 2 Mid-Level) to help deliver critical features for a new streaming store concept. This is a high-visibility, high-pressure project with tight deadlines and direct impact on product launches. You’ll work closely with the Commerce application team on Lightning 2 and JavaScript development, building new bundles, subscription features, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality features within the Commerce application using Lightning 2 and JavaScript
• Own the full engineering lifecycle: design, development, unit/component testing, and Cypress testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines
• Contribute to a culture of accountability – engineers own the quality of what they produce
• Participate fully in team ways of working: planning, reviews, and standups (not operating as external consultants)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong JavaScript experience (minimum 3 years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior)
• Hands-on experience with Lightning framework (Lightning 2 preferred)
• Background in device platforms, web applications, or TV/broadcast-related products is a strong plus
• Experience with middleware and modern testing practices (unit, component, Cypress)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
