We’re looking for a visionary Engineering Leader to take ownership of an entire portfolio of residential routers and gateways. This is more than a management role. It’s your chance to define strategy, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and deliver technology that connects millions of homes.

In this role, you’ll orchestrate the full product lifecycle; from concept and architecture through validation, launch, and post-release optimization. You’ll guide cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and mechanical engineering, working closely with customers, partners, and suppliers worldwide.

Own the Product Vision

• Lead the development of new residential networking products aligned with strategic objectives.
• Continuously evolve the portfolio with forward-looking enhancements and innovations.
• Drive concurrent engineering efforts across embedded software, electronics, and industrial design.

Deliver with Precision

• Define scope, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable development roadmaps.
• Track milestones and KPIs to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee product validation, certification, and customer approval processes.

Make the Big Technical Calls

• Guide architecture and design decisions with scalability, compliance, sustainability, and manufacturability in mind.
• Balance performance, cost, and quality to achieve competitive advantage.

Lead & Elevate Talent

• Inspire, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams (local and global).
• Set clear goals and cultivate a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Identify skill gaps and invest in continuous development.

Skills & Expertise

Technical Depth

• Strong background in embedded Linux environments, networking protocols, and middleware ecosystems.
• Experience with broadband and wireless technologies (Fiber, DOCSIS, LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, BLE).
• Solid understanding of hardware design principles: PCB layout, RF, high-speed interfaces, regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to mechanical integration, thermal considerations, and product industrialization.
• Familiarity with broadband SoC platforms and system architecture design.

Leadership & Execution

• Proven success leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Skilled in managing complex product development programs from concept to release.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning, prioritization, and performance management abilities.
