Senior DevOps Engineer

We're working with an innovative technology company operating in the OTT and video streaming space, helping broadcasters, telcos, and media brands deliver reliable, scalable streaming experiences to audiences worldwide.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability, and security across mission-critical streaming services.

The Role

You'll play a key role in designing, building, and operating highly available AWS-based environments that power large-scale video delivery platforms. Working closely with engineering, platform, and product teams, you'll drive DevOps best practices, improve deployment processes, and help ensure the security and resilience of customer-facing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation across cloud environments
• Enhance platform reliability, observability, and operational performance
• Drive security best practices and proactively address vulnerabilities
• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve developer experience
• Contribute to incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda or related services)
• Python scripting and automation expertise
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and deployment automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and DevSecOps practices
• Experience supporting high-availability, customer-facing platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience within OTT, video streaming, media, broadcast, or CDN environments
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures
