Delivery Manager - Data Migration

Hybrid | Paris | French & English required | Media Sector

We’re looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager to lead a team of data engineers through a full migration from Oracle & Snowflake to Databricks - driving one of the most exciting data transformation programs in the media industry.

You’ll own delivery from end to end: leading sprints, managing timelines, solving problems, and keeping both the team and client fully aligned. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, clear communication, and getting things done - not just managing from the sidelines.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full delivery of a large-scale data migration to Databricks
• Manage and mentor a team of talented data engineers
• Be the main client contact, building trust and driving delivery excellence
• Oversee delivery governance - planning, risk, and reporting
• Collaborate across tech, product, and business to ensure seamless execution

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in data or tech projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French and English (a must)
• Knowledge of data engineering, cloud, or platform migrations
• Bonus: experience with Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks
