My partner is on the hunt for a Senior Scrum Master to join their dynamic and evolving team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll be at the forefront of their Agile evolution! Your mission is to guide teams and the organization in continuously improving their Agile practices whilst managing teams working on various long-term and short-term projects for different clients simultaneously.

What you will do:

➡️ Collaborate with multiple teams in a software engineering environment
➡️ Coach and motivate team members
➡️ Listen and share your valuable knowledge
➡️ Facilitate workshops and training sessions
➡️ Remove impediments to ensure your team's success

Essentials:

✅ Several years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or team coach in an Agile Software Development Environment.
✅ Hold at least your PSM-II certification or a similar qualification.
✅ Proficient in the software engineering industry.
✅ Comfortable working with multiple teams.
✅ Skilled at guiding teams to apply Agile processes.
✅ A motivating force for your teams.
✅ Excellent command of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Eligible to work in the UK.
