We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to strengthen our IT team, focusing on internal operations and collaboration systems. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure and supporting a cloud-centric environment. You will contribute to strategic initiatives while providing hands-on support across international offices and remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage internal IT, networking, and cloud-hosted services while developing and maintaining systems architecture documentation. Ensuring data, network, and backup system security will be crucial, along with leading hardware and software upgrades. You will identify and resolve system issues with strategic solutions, evaluate new technologies, and perform cost/benefit analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to IT budgeting and manage the IT Helpdesk System.

Senior IT Engineer required skills:

• Extensive experience in senior IT roles, including network administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Cisco network environments
• Cisco Certified would be a bonus (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE))
• Experience with cloud environments would be a bonus
• Strong understanding of VPN, DNS, DHCP, LANs/VLANs, and firewall management
