💼 Role and Responsibilities: 💼

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will lead the charge in designing, developing, and optimizing a custom video SDK that empowers Android TV users with a next-level entertainment experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and implementing core components of the custom video SDK, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless playback across a variety of Android TV devices. 📹
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver a cohesive and immersive video experience. 👥
• Solving complex technical challenges related to video streaming, playback, and synchronization on Android TV platforms. 🧩
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, contributing to the growth and success of the entire team. 🌱

✅ Qualifications: ✅

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 🎓
• Proven experience as an Android Engineer with a strong track record of developing and shipping applications for Android TV. 📺
• Expertise in Java and Kotlin programming languages. ☕
• In-depth knowledge of video streaming protocols and video playback optimization techniques. 📽️
• Familiarity with Android TV user interface guidelines and best practices. 📺
• Experience with multimedia frameworks and libraries, such as ExoPlayer. 🎵
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the Android ecosystem. 💡
