We are currently engaged in a global HR software transformation initiative aimed at standardizing processes, technology, and data management across all regions. This initiative involves implementing new HR software solutions that will impact users at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline employees.

Main Responsibilities:
Analyzing current EUC tools used for HR functions, assessing the impact of the HR software transformation on existing processes and EUC tools, defining adjustments required to ensure compliance with new standards, implementing technical solutions using Visual Basic and other appropriate tools, and collaborating closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of changes.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in scripting Excel files using Visual Basic.
• Strong interest in process optimization, user experience, and HR technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive identification and management of risks.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
